MyTravelport Dashboard
MyTravelport provides access to your Travelport products, your support options, your cases, resources, service alerts, knowledge base, and notifications.
Depending on your role within MyTravelport, your dashboard might provide different information.
Search the knowledge base
To open the Travelport support knowledge base, select the View Knowledge Base button on the Home page or select Knowledge base from the Help and resources menu. The Travelport support portal opens in a new browser tab.
Notifications
The Notifications icon () is located in the upper right of the page. This icon indicates the number of unread notifications. MyTravelport creates notifications automatically when service alerts, cases, and provisioning requests are created, updated, or deleted. You can manage your notifications and emails by selecting the Notifications icon then selecting the Notification icon ().
Profile
The Profile icon () at the top right of the page provides links to your profile, password reset, security questions, notification management, and sign out.
Menu
The menu is available on every page so that you can quickly access the tools and information you need.

The Products menu links to products that your agency is entitled to use, such as Marketplace or Smartpoint Cloud.

The Administration menu is used by administrators to manage users and NDC.

The Help and resources menu provides access to your cases, Travelport support, host password and client ID reset, advisories, and online learning.

The Developer tools menu is used by developer customers to view information about Travelport's APIs and SDKs, request a welcome call or certification, and download code.
Message center
The Message center displays on the Home page beneath the welcome banner. It contains service alerts and a list of your cases. If you are an administrator, it also contains a list of registered users awaiting your approval.

The bottom of the page contains links to launch this help system for MyTravelport.
