View My Cases

Available to: All roles except Airline user, Sandbox developer, and Distributor user

Cases are opened and managed through the Travelport Support Portal. You can view a list of your cases on the MyTravelport Home page. If your organization is set up as a multi-org, your Administrator may allow you to view cases in other branches of the organization.

View my cases

  1. From the Help and resources menu, select View my cases. A new browser tab opens a list of cases.

  2. To filter or reorganize the case list:

    • Enter the case number or a keyword or phrase in the keyword search field to filter the case list.
    • To sort the list alphabetically, select a column heading.
  3. Select a case to view progress on your case or to add more information or attachments.
