View Service Alerts

Service alerts are issued by Travelport when we are experiencing an issue with our core system or any product that may impact your business. Alerts are issued at different stages and will keep you informed of the progress of an issue and when the problem is resolved. Always check the service alerts before submitting a case as a solution to the issue may already be in progress.

Note: Service alerts are available for 21 days.

  1. The most recent service alerts display on the Home page beneath the welcome banner. Select the link to view the latest Service Alerts.

  2. The service alerts page opens. The Ongoing tab is selected by default and lists active service alerts. Select the Resolved tab to view service alerts that have been resolved.

  3. Select the service alert you want to view to see the details of the alert. Click Back to return to the list of service alerts.

Search for a service alert

  1. Enter a portion of the alert’s title or description in the Service Alert search box at the top right of the alert list.

  2. Select Submit.
