Password and security questions

Your password expires every 90 days and you will be required to change it. You are notified 10 days, 5 days, and 3 days prior to password expiration. You can change your password at any time as well as update your security questions and answers.

Tip: If you are having difficulty accessing MyTravelport, ask your administrator to generate a password reset link. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  1. Select the Profile icon in the upper right and select Security and login.

  2. Select Change your password.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Enter your new password.

    Note: Your password must be between 7-16 characters in length and must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and 1 special character. You cannot reuse a password within 365 days.

  5. Re-enter your new password.

  6. Select Save profile.

Security Questions

To create or edit security questions to enhance the security of your MyTravelport account:

  1. Select the Profile icon in the upper right and select Security and login.

  2. Select Edit security question from the menu.

  3. Select security questions from the drop-down list and set answers.

    Note: You cannot select the same question twice, include part of the question as an answer, or enter the same answer for more than one question.

  4. Select Submit to save the security questions for your profile. Following submission of security questions and answers, the security questions are used as an extra measure to reset your password.
