Notifications

MyTravelport creates notifications automatically when service alerts, cases and provisioning requests are created, updated, or deleted. Use Notification Settings to configure which notifications you want to receive.

To view notifications:

1. Select the Notifications icon () in the upper right of the page.

2. Select a notification to view it or select View all notifications.

After you’ve viewed a notification, the counter of unread notifications decreases by one.
