Find Knowledge Base Articles or Online Help Content

The Search feature provides access to knowledge base articles.

Search knowledge base

  1. From the Home page, select the Search button. You can also access the knowledge base from the Help and Resources menu by selecting Knowledge base.

  2. The Travelport support portal opens in a new browser tab. Popular knowledge articles display beneath the search bar and a list of your saved articles displays on the right.

  3. Enter your query. As you type, a list of related articles displays. Choose an article from the list or press Enter to search using your query. Popular articles display beneath the search bar

  4. From the list of results, select an article to open it.

Save article

When viewing an article, select the Share/Save Options button at the top right of the article then select Save article. The article displays in the My Saved Knowledge Articles section of the knowledge base Home page.

Note: Only the current version of the article is saved. If the article is updated, you will need to save the new version.

Provide knowledge feedback

If you notice a mistake when viewing an article or are missing some critical general information in the knowledge base, select the Provide Knowledge Feedback button at the top right of the article to provide your input. You can also suggest new content, edit existing content, or let us know if there is an article that should be retired.
