Credential access manager

Available to: Travel Agency Managers, Developer Administrators, Distributor Customer Developer Administrators

MyTravelport's Credential access manager allows customers to manage Travelport TripServices API credentials.

Customers developing against Travelport’s TripServices APIs can generate credentials, invite collaborators, and connect to the TripServices API, all without raising a support ticket.

It also gives customers instant control to create credentials to share access with third-party partners which use Travelport TripServices APIs, without waiting on support or contracts.

Primary identities

With Primary identities, developers can now automatically carry out the following tasks via their MyTravelport account without having to raise any helpdesk support tickets or requests via their account management team:

  • Create a Primary identity to connect with TripServices APIs

  • Rotate Primary identities, which removes the need for Travelport account managers to process password resets on the customer's behalf

  • Disable suspected compromised Primary identities

  • View all PCC/Access Group content

Managed identities

Managed identities (previously Managed Runtime Users) allow customers to quickly create credentials for integration with third-party applications developed using TripServices JSON APIs.

Managed identities also allow customers developing applications to share access to TripServices JSON APIs among their own collaborators and development teams.

Note: The Credential access manager for Managed Identities is only available to customers who have directly contracted with Travelport.

Create, modify, and disable identities

Credential access manager is used to create, modify, disable, and view identities. This feature is available to travel agency managers, developer administrators, and distributor customer developer administrators.
