Batch Print RENs

The Batch Print RENs function enables you to print all refund and exchange notices (RENs) for a given Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) week. You can also print RENs for a different date range or a specific invoice number.

RENs print on the printer specified in the REN II Printer field on the User tab of the Preferences screen. For more information, see Preferences.

To batch print RENs:

  1. On the ARC/BSP submenu, click Batch Print RENs.

    The Batch Print RENs dialog box appears.

    The following table describes the fields on the Batch Print RENs dialog box.

    Field Description

    Invoice #

    Number of the invoice for which you want to print a REN. To print RENs for all invoices, leave this field blank.

    Sort By

    Sort order by which to print RENs. Select Invoice Number or Ticket Number.

    From (for date range)

    Beginning date of a range of dates when the most recent ticket activity occurred. The date range usually represents an ARC week (Monday through Sunday).

    To (for date range)

    Ending date of a range of dates when the most recent ticket activity occurred. The date range usually represents an ARC week (Monday through Sunday).

    All Locations box

    Lists locations for which you can print RENs. Only the branches to which the employee has access display. If All is selected, all branches to which the user has access are considered. Select the appropriate location.
  2. Complete the fields as appropriate.

  3. Click PRINT.

    A message appears, asking you to confirm printing.

  4. Click Yes.

    GlobalWare sends the RENs to the printer specified in the REN II Printer field on the User tab of the Preferences screen.
