Troubleshooting the Sabre Interface
Refer to the GlobalWare Sabre help for information on using the Sabre Interface and to learn about the Sabre formats used in GlobalWare.
You can perform the following procedures to troubleshoot the Sabre interface:
- Reprint the last interface log – The interface log provides error messages if any were issued. If for any reason you are not able to examine the last system-generated interface log, you can perform this procedure to reprint it.
If you need to send PNR data to the help desk for troubleshooting, run the Sanitize function first to remove PCI and PII data.
Reprinting the Last Interface Log
You should always review the interface log to check for error messages and verify any additions to the Account ID (AccountId) table. You might need to reprint the interface log for a variety of reasons (for example, if the printer jams while printing the log). For details, see Reprint Last Interface.
