Interface Sanitizer for Sabre

The Sanitizer function decrypts and sanitizes PNR data to remove PCI and PII information so that the file can be sent to the help desk for troubleshooting.

The Sanitizer removes traveler, credit card number, address equivalent, phone, and email information. For these fields, all numbers are replaced with 1 and all letters are replaced with X.

Currently, the Sanitize function is only available on the Sabre Interface.

1. Select Interface then Sabre.

2. Select OK to interface with the IUR file. The location of this file is specified in Setup.

3. Select Sanitize. The Sabre.air file is used to create a file named SanitizedSabre.air, which is saved in the same folder as Sabre.air.
