Troubleshooting the Apollo Interface
Refer to the GlobalWare Apollo help for information on using the Apollo Interface and to learn about the Apollo formats used in GlobalWare.
You can perform the following procedures to troubleshoot the Apollo interface:
- Reprint the last interface log – The interface log provides error messages if any were issued. If for any reason you are not able to examine the last system-generated interface log, you can perform this procedure to reprint it.
- Store duplicate invoices – In interface settings, select the Store Duplicate Invoices option to reprocess duplicate invoices.

Reprinting the Last Interface Log
You should always review the interface log to check for error messages and verify any additions to the Account ID (AccountId) table. You might need to reprint the interface log for a variety of reasons (for example, if the printer jams while printing the log). For details, see Reprint Last Interface.
Store Duplicate Invoices
To reprocess duplicate invoices, from the Apollo Interface Setup screen, select Store Duplicate Invoices. When checked, the Replace/Append list is available for you to choose a character. X is the default.
Resetting the Last Invoice Number
If the last invoice number on the System tab of the System Control screen is within the range of the duplicate invoice number, reset the number to something outside of the duplicate invoice number range. For more information, see System Tab.
