Travelport GlobalWare™ is the most advanced travel agency management system offered in the market today. Accessible by means of an intuitive Customer Experience (CX) interface, it consists of a comprehensive accounting system with powerful data capture, customer tracking, and business management and reporting capabilities.

GlobalWare offers these key capabilities:

• Manages accounting and reporting operations, and is easily integrated into a wide range of environments, including the Travelport Worldspan™ and Apollo™ systems
• Translates complex front-office data records into detailed transactional data for accounting, operations support, customer reporting, group tracking, and management analysis
• Downloads files from many vendors and data sources so you can reconcile, import, and auto-post against invoice records
• Provides flexible templates to generate hundreds of reports
• Adapts to product types and service fees for maintaining the back-office link to front-office sales and customer purchases
• Provides consultant production reports, commission tracking import capabilities for reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, merchant card processing with auto-posting capabilities, group tracking, marketing support, vendor preference value-add functions, and import and export capabilities
• Reconciles ARC transactions in GlobalWare with transactions in the ARC IAR database
• Tracks customer interests and spending patterns, and manages customer contacts
• Delivers extensive accounting support: cash receipts, check writing, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, general ledger functions, and financial reporting
