Other Service Information (OSI)

H/OSI

OSIs can be added using the script under CREATE/EDIT SPECIAL SERVICES and choose OTHER SERVICE INFORMATION.

For private fares (e.g., TO fares) it might be necessary to add an OSI before the first closure of the booking file in order to get an extension of the last ticketing date. The airline should provide you with the appropriate entry.

Create OSI

Format	Explanation
SI.KL*TCP4 with PNR 123ABC	Passengers (To Complete Party) are traveling together with passengers in another PNR. In total 4 passengers.
SI.AF*LKRL.HK1-Z56STV-4WNYN2	For AF, passengers traveling together but booked under different reservations increase the chances of being seated together if an OSI LKRL is added in the booking file. Airline PNRs should be added.
SI.BA*TKNM12545678901203	Advise airline of ticket number (where BA is the carrier code).
SI.YY*1 CHLD AGED 5	Advise all airlines (YY) in booking file that passenger is a child aged 5 years. Note: Most airlines prefer SSR CHLD to be added to the PNR. SI.P3/CHLD*12JAN23. This can be automated via the CDOB field in your Agency Account Table (AAT) if the name field is added with a P-Cnn PTC code. Updates to this table can be requested via your Account Manager.
SI.KL*VIP HARRIES/RMR FILM STAR	Advise airline KL, passenger is a VIP.
SI.Kl*TLPW.CORPORATE	Advise airline KL, ticketing delay code. Must be added before first closure of the PNR.

Note: Ticketing delay codes must be added before the first closure of the booking file.

Change OSI

Format	Explanation
SI.1@BA*NEW TEXT	Change item number 1 to NEW TEXT.

Delete OSI

Format	Explanation
SI.2@	Delete item number 2.
SI.2- 4.6.8@	Delete item numbers 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8.

Display OSI

Format	Explanation
*SO	Display all OSIs.
*SI	Display all Service Information.
