History

The history of the booking file shows most actions done. In Smartpoint there are two layouts available: standard view and enhanced view. In both layouts the oldest message is at the bottom.

Standard view shows the history as one text. check for the word 'CRDT' as separator between the sessions.
Enhanced view shows a blank line between each session in the booking file. Enhanced view also allows the agent to open the different fields in the history via a drop down menu.
