History
The history of the booking file shows most actions done. In Smartpoint there are two layouts available: standard view and enhanced view. In both layouts the oldest message is at the bottom.
- Standard view shows the history as one text. check for the word 'CRDT' as separator between the sessions.
- Enhanced view shows a blank line between each session in the booking file. Enhanced view also allows the agent to open the different fields in the history via a drop down menu.

Display document history
The *DH entry allows users to obtain the complete history of a ticket including the exchange, void, refund transactions, even after the ticket is purged from the airline database. Refer to PA-4518 for examples. Log into the support portal, then select the Service Alerts menu then Advisories.
