Note: One of ALL, TKT, UTK or a Status Code SC- must be present.

Format	Explanation
LD/ALL/28DEC-D	List all booking files with a segment date 28 December. Output is to screen.
LD/UTK/28DEC–Q/60	List all unticketed Booking Files with a segment date of 28 December; output is to Q/60. Note: Segment date can be for any segment in the booking. Note: When using UTK: Booking Files containing a Ticketing Field T.T* will be considered as ticketed.
LD/TKT/28DEC-Q/44	List ticketed Booking Files, with a segment date of 28 December, output is to Q/44.
LD/SC-HK/28DEC-Q/44	List Booking Files with a Flight Status Code HK and a segment date of 28 December, output is to Q/44. Note: Normalized NDC bookings will not show when using SC-HK, you then need to use SC-ZK.

Branches

Format	Explanation
/XF7	Branch Office.
/GL3.EA7.HH3	Multiple branches - maximum of 20 PCCs.
/ABS	All branches.

Note: PCC codes must be entered immediately after LD.

Status Codes (SC)

Note: Status codes can be added instead of UTK, TKT or ALL.

Format	Explanation
LD/SC-HK/23OCT-D	List booking files with status code confirmed (HK) with segment date of October 23, output to terminal screen.
LD/SC-KK.BK/20NOV-D	List booking files with status codes confirmed by airline (KK) and passive confirm (BK) with segment date of November 20, output to terminal screen.
LD/SC-HK/LH/20NOV-Q/55	List booking files with status code confirmed (HK) for airline LH with segment date of November 20, output to queue 55.
LD/ABS/SC-HX/20NOV-D	List booking files for all branches with status code canceled by airline(HX) for segment date of November 20, output to terminal screen.

Notes:

A maximum of five status codes can be used with the list display (LD) modifier.
The supported status codes are shown at the bottom of this article.

Optional Search Qualifiers

Format	Explanation
/BA	Specific airline.
/BA.AZ	Multiple airlines (max. 5).
/KL1601	Flight number.
/F	Specific class.
/BAMS	Board point. Airportcode must be used.
/DGVA or /OGVA	Destination or Off point. Airportcode must be used.
/S-WP	By user sign.
/T	Direct flights.
/AC- ACCOUNTNAME	Corporate ID defined in DI.field of BF. Note: You are permitted a maximum of 13 characters.
/C15JUN	Creation date.
/C15JUN*25JUN	Creation date range..
/15JUN	Flight segment date. Note: List can be requested from one day before today's date until 362 days into the future.
/22DEC*28DEC	Flight segment date range. Note: List can be requested from one day before today's date until 362 days into the future.

Output

-D	Output on terminal screen.
-Q/55	Output to specified Queue.
-Q/55*C01	Output to specified Queue and Category
LDT/ALL/28DEC-D	List all booking files with a segment date 28 December. Output is to printer.

Listing of air segments specifying a ticketing time limit (TL) and date

Format	Explanation
LD/UTK/TL-10SEP-D	List unticketed booking files with the time limit (TAU or TAW) date of September 10. Output on terminal screen.
LD/UTK/TL-10SEP-Q/67	List unticketed booking files with the time limit (TAU or TAW) date of September 10. Output to queue 67.
LD/UTK/TL-10SEP*15SEP-D	List unticketed booking files with the time limit (TAU or TAW) date between 10 and 15 September. Output on terminal screen.

Listings by hotel segments

H/BFLH

Note: One of ALL, TKT, UTK or a Status Code SC- must be present.

Format	Explanation
/HHL	Travelport+ booked hotels.
/HTL	Non-Travelport+ booked hotels (passive segments).
/HLS	Travelport+ and non-Travelport+ booked hotels.
/AUX	Any hotel, car and auxiliary service segments (as described under Auxiliary Segments) (passive and active segments).

Note: One of the above hotel options is mandatory to search for hotels.

/N-WESTIN	Property name. Note: You must include the WHERE city when using the /N field.

Display list

Format	Explanation
LD*	Redisplays last list that was displayed on screen

Note: The maximum date range is 362 days. If ABS is included in the entry, the user must have a second level authorization.

Status Code (SC)

The following status codes support the Status Code (SC) modifier.

AK	Passive confirmed status - no message is generated if the flight is canceled
AL	Passive waitlisted status - no message is generated if the flight is canceled
AN	Passive requested status - no message is generated if the flight is canceled
BK	Passive confirmed status - a message is generated to the airline

Preview Plus

Preview Plus is a functionality that allows agents to fill in a mask in order to retrieve a List Display. So, you don't have to remember all the LD entries.

Format	Explanation
PP/	Main screen of Preview Plus.
PP/AIR	Air screen of Preview Plus. Can only be opened after filling in the main screen.
PP/AUX	Auxiliary screen of Preview Plus. Can only be opened after filling in the main screen.
PP/TKT	Ticket order screen of Preview Plus. Can only be opened after filling in the main screen.
PP/TVL	Travel Information screen of Preview Plus. Corporate ID can be filled in here. Can only be opened after filling in the main screen.
PP/MAIN	Return to main screen.
PP/SUM	Summary of the request.
PP/IGN	Ignore the mask.
PP/END	Retrieve the results.
