Ancillary services (DAS)

The easiest process of booking ancillary services in Smartpoint is via the shopping basket in the booking file, after finishing the booking file. However, the entries can still be used, but might give a terminal response.

Select the shopping basket to request ancillaries and fill in the mask.

The shopping basket can only be opened when the booking file is closed (except for Direct Payment Carriers). Before opening the Shopping Basket, add a quote and, if applicable, Frequent Flyer cards, to have correct details loaded in the Ancillary Services mask.

View available additional services. Will give a terminal response when working in native mode, otherwise the ancillary services mask will open.

DAS*L4

View details of line 4 from DAS display.

DAS*R

Re-display DAS display.

Display booked ancillaries.

Display all services for passengers 2 and 4.

Display all services for passengers 1 and 3 with PTC added for passenger 1.

Note: If a PTC is included in the name field, and not in the DAS format, the PTC will be assumed for the DAS response.

If a PTC is included in the name field, and also in the DAS format, the PTC in the DAS format will override the name field.

If no PTC is specified in either location, adult will be assumed.

Groups and subgroups

Display services from a specific group.

DAS*G-ML+BG

Display services from multiple groups (maximum five).

DAS*G-BG+ML-BR.DI

Display services from multiple groups and subgroups.

DAS*CDL

Display services by validating carrier.

DAS*F.T/P1*ADT.2*C09/CBA

Display fares and ticket related services for passenger 1 (adult) and passenger 2 (child aged 9 years) for validating carrier BA.

Book ancillary services

Note:Ancillary services will mostly be booked via the graphical screen, but can be booked in native using the entries below, after the list with ancillaries was shown in the terminal screen.

Cancel ancillary services

Format

Explanation

SI.ABAG@

Cancel specified ancillary service. The associated ASVC line will be canceled automatically.

SI.S1P3/BBAG

Cancel specified ancillary service for segment 1, passenger 3.

SI.ALL@

Cancel all services in the SI field, including ancillary services.
