Fare shopping with a booking file

FS	Fare Shopping on existing booking
FSS1.2.5.6	Specify segments on fare shopping
FS+BAG	Request fares including a bag, only works for RCB airlines.
FS++-BUSNS	Specific cabin: ECON, PREME, BUSNS, PREMF, FIRST, AB, UPPER
FS++RMC0330	Restrict maximum connection to 3 hours and 30 minutes.
FS++-BUSNS/RMC0500	Combination of entries
FS++DT3.D	Search direct flight options max 3 hours around departure time.
FS++AT3	Search options max 3 hours around arrival time.
FS++JT12	Maximum journey time per leg 12 hours.

Take the following steps:

Book the itinerary and enter names into the booking file.
Request Fare Shopping - Enter: FS (plus any additional modifiers).
Select the required alternative option and rebook the new itinerary using the prompts.
The fare should store into the booking file automatically.

Pricing modifiers

When adding pricing modifiers without a booked itinerary, pricing modifiers are preceded with a +. When you already have a booked itinerary, the + is not mandatory.

Shopping modifiers are similar to those used when shopping without a booking file.

FS+*STU	Passenger type code (student).
FS+**ITX	Passenger type code only (ITX).
FS+:P	Private fares only.
FS+:C	Net fares only.
FS+-ACCT	Private fare with account code and fares with no account code.
FS+-:ACCT:P	Private fares with account code only.
FS+PE00	Fares with no penalty.
FS+:NR	Fares with no restrictions.
FS+TE-GB	Tax exempt, GB tax
FS+FXD	Exclude economy unbundled fares.
FS+BAG	Include bag (only for Rich Content and Branding airlines).

Note: Multiple pricing modifiers need to be separated with an oblique ( / ).

Availability modifiers

All availability modifiers must be preceded with ++

Important: When combining both Pricing and Availability modifiers in the same entry, Pricing modifiers must come before Availability modifiers.

FS++ROI0230	Will not return overnight connections greater than 2 hours 30 minutes.
FS++RMC0345	Will not return connections greater than 3 hours 45 minutes.
FS++RMA	Restrict multi-airport fare shopping responses. Note: This modifier applies only to origin or destination airport codes.

Additional formats

Format	Explanation
FSA	Display options regardless of availability.
FSALL	Shop all segments including waitlist and unconfirmed.
FSMNNN	Maximum desired fare in your system currency (e.g., FSM300).
