Brand modifier
The brand modifier may be appended to FQ, FQBB, FQBA, FQBC and FQA for current and historical requests to ensure only the desired fare is returned. Some carriers do not file by brand and others only use some brand numbers and skip others. For example, an airline may not have a brand 1 on a particular route.
Brand modifiers may be up to 4 digits (i.e.: BF001 or BF1 or BF0010).

Unbundled fares
This functionality restricts some economy unbundled fares from quoting with certain airlines who have filed these fares as the following types:
ERU, EOU, EOW, EOX, EOY, ERH, ERX, ERY, PFD, PSU, PIU, PGU, PRU, BRU, ZRU.

Using the FXD modifier will restrict fares filed as these types from quoting.

The ATPCO code system includes two codes that airlines themselves can define: YR and YQ. These can also be seen in the tax description screen following the FQ/TDD entry. They are carrier imposed fees/charges levied by airlines. These are usually surcharges, although they may also be used for insurance or international fees, fuel surcharge and can be based on the cabin of service of the passenger, airline and/or route.
Any YQ / YR Tax issues, be it incorrect or missing, need to be reported to the Travelport support desk.

Override fare selection logic
Certain pricing logic exists within Travelport+ which determines which carrier's fares are selected for quoting purposes. If the fare required is filed by a carrier other than the one the system will choose by logic, then the override carrier modifier may be used.
