Sell car from availability

Format	Explanation
N1A1	Need one car column A, line 1.
/DO-	Drop off location (when different from pick-up location).
/ID-	Clients ID number.
/CD-	Corporate Discount number.
/SI-	Service Information.
/SQ-	Special Equipment.
/FT-	Frequent Traveler number.
/BS-	Booking Source.
/NM-	Name Override.
/G-	Payment Guarantee.
/CS-	Credit Card Security Code (also see below note).
/DL-	Driver's License.
/IT	Tour number.
/PR-	Prepayment.
/BR-	Billing reference.
/DEL	Delivery address.
/COL	Collection Address.

Note: For Avis payment only, when having a voucher, you can use the following entry:

CAM1O/G- AV123456789123R123457

CAM1O - modify segment 1, optional field.
AV123456789123 - agents account number.
R - voucher type (in this case R stands for corporate, but it can be F bill back or T tour operator).
1234578 - voucher number.

Credit card security code

General information

Credit Card Security Code can be alpha/numeric.
Credit Card Security Code can be one to four characters long.
Credit Card Security Code is never stored even encrypted.
Payment Guarantee (/G) is mandatory with Credit Card Security Code (/CS). Below error will be generated if Credit card security code is given without Payment Guarantee (/G) :

Delivery and collection sub codes

Format	Explanation
*A-	Location address (maximum 60 characters).
*C-	City name (maximum 30 characters).
*S-	State/Province code (maximum 2 characters).
*Y-	Country code (maximum 2 characters).
*P-	Postal Code (maximum 10 characters).
*T-	Customer telephone number (maximum 20 characters).
*I-	Site ID (maximum 8 characters).
*L-	Location Name (maximum 30 characters) (some car companies will not allow a location name to be sent. In that case, the car company will return an error).
*SAME	(these 4 characters only) indicating address information for the collection is the "same" as that for the Delivery address).

Example

Sell one car from column A, line 1, deliver to address in Chicago, Illinois, USA and collect from same address.
