Self Help Questions and Tutorials

You can ask questions while using Content Optimizer, and watch how-to tutorials. Supported languages in Content Optimizer self help are:

• Spanish

• French

• Italian

• Traditional Chinese

• Simplified Chinese

To begin using the self help and access tutorials:

1. Click the Self Help button in the application to display the query window.
   

2. Type a question or search for a topic by entering text in the search field and pressing Enter. For example, you can enter, "How do I create a maximum connection time rule?"
   

3. Optionally, click the Show more arrow to display answers that are longer than the space provided, and display any tutorials on the subject.
   

4. Optionally, click a tutorial link in the Sources area to display a step-by-step visual guide for performing the steps in the answer provided.

5. Optionally, review the Other results area to see additional topics and answers.
