Tax Detail on Refund/Exchange Dialog Box

The Tax Detail on Refund/Exchange dialog box enables you to view and change tax details on a refund/exchange for individual pay IDs.

To access the dialog box, click the Tax Detail link on the Refund/Exchange dialog box. For details, see Using the Refund/Exchange Dialog Box.

Field descriptions

The following table describes the fields on the Tax Detail on Refund/Exchange dialog box.

Field	Description
Tax Number	Tax record number (1 to 99).
Tax Code	Tax code for the tax record. Tax codes are alphanumeric and are travel-specific.
Tax Amount	Amount of tax for the tax record.
Total Taxes	Total amount of taxes for the pay ID.
