Emailing Itineraries with ViewTrip

ViewTrip is a web-based itinerary tool that enables agents and travelers to view, print, and email their itineraries, electronic ticket receipts, and electronic expense receipts. Travelers can access ViewTrip and Apollo (1V) PNR Reference or Travelport+ (1G) Booking File reference.

Agents can email itineraries and other booking information directly from Travelport Smartpoint.

To send booking information to ViewTrip, you can either:

Enter the QuickCommand: #VT.
Classic Windows. Click the Share icon in the Terminal Window, then select ViewTrip.
Flex Windows. Click the Share icon in the PNR Viewer, then select ViewTrip.

The itinerary preview is displayed, which includes options to attach etickets and expenses receipts.
