Hotel Shopping allows you to search for available hotel properties that meet the requested search parameters. Depending on the supplier and provider, minimum and maximum rates for the property may be returned in the response. However, a Hotel Search must be followed by a Hotel Rate and Rule Search to retrieve all available booking codes for the property.
The minimum required data for a hotel search is:
- A search location.

A check-in date (HotelStay/CheckinDate) and check-out date (HotelStay/CheckoutDate). If no check-in date is input, the current date is the default. The next day is the default check-out date.
The default number of travelers is one Adult.
