Access booking files in queue
HELP QUEUE or H/QUEUE
To access and work on the bookings stored in a queue, category, or date range, you need to sign into one of them. In Smartpoint Cloud, you can enter QCA to display the queue list with booking files and access PNRs interactively.

Select the queue number to display the first booking file in the selected queue.
If the booking in queue is displayed in the graphical view, a banner displays at the top stating "While in a queue, certain actions are restricted. Exit queue to enable these actions". Many buttons and links for follow-on servicing actions are not visible, including those found in the Booking View top bar. You can exit the queue by pressing the Exit link and the hidden follow-on actions options will be visible again. (This is also applicable for NDC bookings).

Select the number of bookings in a queue to display the list of PNRs, for subsequent selection of the record locator. Travelport+ will run QLD entry.
