Displaying Penalty Category

Display the Penalty category by clicking on the P in the Penalty column.

The Penalty category displays with a link at the top of the screen to return to the Fare Display, or links at the bottom of the screen to access Brief Rules, Ticketing Rules, All Rules or Menu of Rules.

Note:

Carriers that do not support Rapid Reprice, including Direct Payment Carriers, return Penalty (Category 16) rules.
Carriers that support Rapid Reprice return Voluntary Change (Category 31) rules.
