I created my buttons. However, when I go to Smartpoint I cannot see the icon on the tool bar.

In Smartpoint, type #DELETEPLUGINCACHE followed by #RESTART.

My Account Manager just confirmed that my PCC is authorized to use Smart Buttons.

However, when I Smartpoint, I receive message that my PCC is not authorized for Smart Buttons.

Type #RESTART to restart Smartpoint.

You can also upgrade a version of Smart Buttons that does not have a PCC authorization check:

  • Smart Buttons plugin version 7.0 or later

  • Smartpoint 11.0 or later
