Travelport Smart Buttons Library Buttons in the Travelport Smart Buttons Library do not come bundled with Smartpoint 11.0 and later. If your agency would like any or all of these buttons, please contact your Travelport Account Manager to request installation.

Travelport Smart Buttons Library

Void

The Void button allows agents to void any type of ticket by selecting one of the following three options in the Helper Void Tickets dialog box:

• From an existing PNR

• From the HMPR daily list

• Manually entering ticket number

Any option selected sends the correct format to the GDS.

Voiding Tickets

To begin voiding tickets,

1. Click the Void SBL button.

2. Choose one of the following options:

   • Current PNR

   • From DAR

   • Enter Manually

Voiding tickets in the Current PNR/Booking File

3. Click the Void tickets in current PNR button to display the ticket selector.

   

4. Select one or more tickets to void.

5. Click SUBMIT.

Void tickets from DAR report (HMPR)

3. Click the Void tickets from DAR report (HMPR) button to display the ticket selector.

   

4. Select one or more tickets to void.

5. Click SUBMIT.

Manual Process

3. Click the Enter ticket number to void field and enter or paste the ticket number.

   

4. Click SUBMIT.
