Flex Windows
Updating Plug-Ins for Compatibility with Flex Windows
Because of coding changes required for Flex Windows, some plug-ins must be updated on Travelport Smartpoint 8.0 or later to function in Flex Windows.
If Travelport Smartpoint detects that these plug-ins have not been updated, Smartpoint does not allow you to switch from Classic Windows to Flex Windows. Instead, an error message is returned.
Affected Plug-Ins
Updates are required for plug-ins that are accessed through the Search and Tools
menus in Flex Windows.
Note: These updates are NOT required to open:
- The same plug-ins when they are accessed from the SEARCH or TOOLS menus in Classic Windows.
- Plug-ins accessed from a location other than the Search
or Tools
menus in Flex Windows.
What Do I Need to Do?
