Trip Quote Copy

PNR/Booking File Information

The PNR tab of the Trip Quote Copy window displays information for the active PNR/Booking File. PNR/Booking File information is displayed both before and after end transact.

Tip! Enter the #CNR shortcut to open the PNR tab in Trip Quote Copy.

Tip! Enter the #CPR shortcut to copy the PNR/Booking File data directly to the clipboard.

Editing PNR/Booking File Data

All changes to PNR/Booking File tables are optional.

In Copy Settings, select or clear the check boxes to display the desired types of booking record data.
In Remarks, select or clear the check boxes to display the desired types of remarks.
In Name Format, click each of the three arrows to select the order of Title, First Name, and Last Name (surname).
