Distributing Custom Calendar Files

If an agency chooses to distribute a calendar file with an installation, they must distribute the files to a pre-determined location. This pre-determined location is set in the configuration file Travelport.Smartpoint.config and is set in the configuration property “CalendarPreloadEventFilesFolder”.

Either an absolute or relative path can be entered:

Absolute Path

Example: C:\Program Files\(x86)\AXESS\CalendarPreloadFiles

Relative Paths point to the App Data\Roaming folder of the logged-in user. Using this example, the calendar events CSV file is installed to:
C:\Users\[agentuserid]\AppData\Roaming\Axess\ Calendar\PreloadEventFiles

Example: Calendar\PreloadEventFiles

The default setting in the Travelport.Smartpoint.config file is set to Calendar\PreloadEventFiles. Without changing the setting the calendar event files must be placed in C:\Users\[agentuserid]\AppData\Roaming\Axess\ Calendar\PreloadEventFiles to load automatically.
