Signing Off
If you are signed on to the Travelport+ (1G) and/or Apollo (1V) system, you can sign off to end the connection.
If you do not use your workstation for 120 minutes, the system automatically signs you out and you lose any unfinished transactions. The automatic sign out time can be adjusted to 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
To sign off:
- Enter SOF . Or, if you agency requires identification for a sign off, you may enter a SOF/<Client ID> and Password combination.
- If you have an active booking, you will be prompted to either finish (ET) or ignore (I) the booking before you sign off.
The response is: SIGN-OFF COMPLETE. This entry also signs you out of Galileo Desktop.
Signing Off from Multiple Connections
If you are signed on to both Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V) at the same, the result for signing off varies.
If sign on to Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V) at the same time:
- You will be signed off of both systems at the same time if neither system has an active booking. If you sign off from Travelport+, you will also be signed off from Apollo, and vice versa.
- If you have an active booking in one system, you will only be signed off from the system that does not have an active booking.
For example, if you have an active booking in Travelport+, but do not have an active booking in Apollo, when you sign off you will: - Receive a finish or ignore prompt in Travelport+. You will need to finish (ET) or ignore (I) the booking before you sign off.
- Be signed off from Apollo.
If you sign on to Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V) separately at different times:
Your sign off applies only to the active window. For example, if you sign off from Apollo, your Travelport+ connection remains active.
