Direct Payment Carriers
Accessing and Managing Direct Payment Carriers
Access to availability and fares for Direct Payment Carriers, such as EasyJet, Ryanair, Tiger, and Air Asia, are supported through the Travelport Aggregated Shopping (TAS) database.
- Confirm that TAS is activated for your PCC.
- View a list of Direct Payment Carriers available for your PCC.
- Include or exclude specific Direct Payment Carriers in Air Availability or Fare Shopping responses.
Activating Travelport Aggregated Shopping (TAS)
Fares and availability from Direct Payment Carriers are enabled through the Travelport Aggregated Shopping (TAS) database. Agencies are provisioned internally by Travelport to access a Direct Payment Carrier's content.
If you are not receiving content from Direct Payment Carriers, contact the Travelport Help Desk.
Viewing Available Direct Payment Carriers
If your agency is provisioned for TAS, you can view the Direct Payment Carriers available to your agency using the ZPROV entry in the Terminal window. The ZPROV database displays a list of Direct Payment Carriers and their availability status for your PCC.
Enabling and Disabling Direct Payment Carriers
Access to Direct Payment Carriers is controlled via the ZPROV Table. Agents with Secondary Authorization Level can enable or disable any carrier that is provisioned for a specific PCC to include or exclude that carrier from the Air Availability or Fare Shopping results.
To enable a Direct Payment Carrier:
In the Terminal window, enter ZPROV/nn/ACT-N, where nn is the two-character carrier code.
To disable a Direct Payment Carrier:
In the Terminal window, enter ZPROV/nn/ACT-Y, where nn is the two-character carrier code.
When a carrier is disabled, flights for this carrier are returned in an Air Availability or Fare Shopping response. Direct Payment Airlines flights are returned in a Neutral Availability display however these flights are not available to sell.
