Passenger Names

Deleting Passenger Names

The process for deleting passenger names depends on the status of the PNR/Booking File:

  • If the PNR/Booking has not been ended, you can delete passengers at any time. You can remove passengers from an unended PNR/Booking File using either:

  • The Name tab in the Customer Information screen.

    • Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) formats.

    • If the PNR/Booking File has been ended, the carrier may have restrictions. Most carriers require approval or authorization to remove passengers, and the policies and procedures vary by carrier. Contact the Travelport Help Desk for assistance.

Important! See Changing or Deleting Passenger Names for more information about restrictions.
