Advisories

MyTravelport provides access to Travelport's developer and product advisories, which notify customers of enhancements.

You can find advisories using a keyword search or by filtering the list of advisories.

Search by keyword

1. From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport advisories. A list of advisories displays in a new browser tab with the most recent advisory listed first.

2. Enter a search string and press Enter.

3. Select an advisory to view it.

Browse all advisories

1. From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport advisories. A list of advisories displays in a new browser tab with the most recent advisory listed first.

2. Select the Filter () icon to filter the list to quickly find an advisory.

3. Select the conditions on which you want to filter advisories, then press Run.

   • To filter by date:

     1. Select a date condition, such as Publish Date or Effective Date.

     2. Select the time criteria for the search. For example, select after to return all advisories published after a date; select between to return advisories published between the two dates you specify.

     3. Choose a date or dates (if between was chosen).

     4. Press Run.

   • To filter by advisory type:

     1. Select Advisory Type.

     2. Select Developer or Product.

     3. Press Run.

Note: You can filter on multiple conditions by selecting OR or AND and entering additional search criteria. To filter by product advisories published during a particular month, complete the filter as follows:

1. Complete a condition with Advisory Type, is, Product, then press AND.

2. Complete a condition with Publish Date, between, and select the first and last day of the month on which you wish to filter.

3. Press Run.
