The following resources are available in addition to this online help.

MyTravelport

My Travelport is Travelport's single sign-on customer portal for information, support, and services. When you registered with Travelport you received an automated email inviting you to complete your registration with MyTravelport. You can access MyTravelport anytime and anywhere you can connect to the internet. You can use MyTravelport to raise a support request and then update, monitor, and close it, and reopen it if needed.

Submit a Case Request

To submit a request for certification or report a problem:

  1. Log in to https://my.travelport.com.

  2. At the top of the page, select the Help and resources menu then Travelport support.

  3. To report a problem, scroll to the bottom of the page. In the Raise a Case panel, click Open request.

  4. In the new window that opens, for help with the JSON APIs, select Developer Product Services.

  5. For JSON APIs, select RESTful JSON API MIcroservices (formerly Trip Services) from the Product list.

  6. To submit a request for certification, also select Certification from the Problem Type list.

  7. Select from the remaining dropdown lists as applicable and click Submit.

Search the Knowledge Base

My Travelport also offers a searchable Knowledge Base. While the Knowledge Base does not contain information specific to the JSON APIs (you'll find that in this online help), it does include information from everyday business processes to agency billing and local market products and services. For example, you could search on terms such as united, klm, branded fares, or NDC to learn more about those carriers or terms.

To access the Knowledge Base:

  1. Log in to https://my.travelport.com.

  2. Below the menu bar at the top of the page, click the View knowledge base button.

  3. Enter a search term in the search bar.

The Knowledge Base contains information across a range of Travelport products, so be sure the information from your search is applicable to your needs.
