Net Ticket: NT-
Use the NT- general remark override to store a discount or markup amount for a ticket. The override can be a percentage or a dollar amount. If there are multiple passengers, you can prorate a dollar amount over each passenger.
Examples: |
5NT-10 where 10 is the markup percentage. Marks up each ticket by 10% of base fare. |
|
5NT-$100.59 where $100.00 is the markup amount. Marks up each ticket by $100.59. |
|
5NT-100.00/P where 100.00 is the markup amount, and /P is the prorate indicator. Prorates a $100 markup over each passenger (for example, marks up each ticket by $25 if there are four passengers). |
|
5NT--10 where 10 is the discount percentage. Discounts each ticket by 10% of base fare. |
|
5NT-$-10 where $10.00 is the discount amount. Discounts each ticket by $10. |
|
5NT--10.00/P where 10.00 is the discount amount, and /P is the prorate indicator. Prorates a $10 discount over each passenger. |
Notes:
- The amount with /P is always stored as a dollar amount. If you are not prorating, you must include the $ for a dollar amount (to distinguish from a percent).
- If the discount or the markup amount is an even amount, it is not necessary to include the decimal point and the two zeroes.
- If the form of payment is plastic, GlobalWare does not process the NT- general remark.
