Format	Explanation
@LT	Local time at assumed city.
@LTAKL	Display local time in Auckland.
@LTAKL21NOV25	Check Local Time for AKL on specified date.
*TAA/18JUN/+21	Add 21 days to 18 June.
*TAA/28JUN/14	Subtract 14 days from 28 June.
@GMT	Display time in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
@UTC	Display time in Universal Time Construction (UTC).

A calendar function is available in the Tools menu. The calendar can also be opened with the Ctrl+M key combination. This calendar can help with a date calculation.
