Past date quick booking file

PDQ booking file retrieval (own branch)
Booking files become past date 24 hours after their last travel date and can be retrieved up to 13 months after their last travel / segment date. Booking files less than 60 days old will be placed on queue 1, category PD immediately. Retrieval of older booking files, up to 13 months old, will take up to 24 hours. Past date booking files will be removed automatically from the Queue after 7 days.
When retrieving a purged booking file, the agent needs to confirm the retrieval is for billing dispute reasons only.
