H/CLAI
Claim PNR allows you to issue a ticket when the airline has made the original booking. The claim entry enables you to take ownership of an airline’s PNR. Claim can also be used for Group booking file ticket issue.
The airline must enter an authority in the booking file before an agent is able to claim.

Booking file lend (ticketing facility)
An alternative to claim booking file is booking file lend. This is used to enable ticket issuance by the agent when the airline made the original booking.
The airline may use booking file lend instead of claim PNR. Booking file lend enables the agent to display a passive copy of the booking file for ticket issuance only. The ownership of the booking file remains with the original creator.
In Limited Access Drop Through the booking file lend functionality is automated.
