Format	Explanation
QIN	Determine the queue you are working in and count the number of people working that queue.
QINC/10	Count the number of people working a specific queue.
QINC/ALL	Count the number of people signed into all queues.
QINC/GL5/1	Count the number of people working a specific branch queue.
QINC/GL5/ALL	Count the number of people signed into all queues at branch GL5.
