Move all Y lines of the agency file. The agency file does not need to be displayed on beforehand.

Move all Y lines, attach name to phone field. The agency file does not need to be displayed on beforehand.

Move all Y lines, attach name to phone field and move line 7 with date. The agency file does not need to be displayed on beforehand.

Note: When using CMM/ additional references are mandatory.

Multiple move from displayed client file

Move all Y lines from all levels. For example, if a personal file is displayed, all Y lines from the personal file, the business file to which it is attached and the agency file will be moved to the booking file.

Move all Y lines from all levels, and add agents name to agency phone field.

Move all Y lines from all levels plus optional lines 1, 3 and 10 from the displayed client file.

Notes:

  • Use a dot (an end item after letters) to append additional lines separated by a slash/end item (/ or +) for booking file fields (using end items to attach more than one BF field).

  • If a single item field already exists in the booking file when the move entry is made, the duplicate fields from the client file will be moved to the booking file in the Notepad.

  • If, in case of a multiple move, the personal, business and agency file contain duplicate single item fields. The personal file single item field(s) will be moved into the booking file and the business file and / or agency file single item field will be moved into a Notepad field.
