In Smartpoint the received field can be automated via the Application Settings.

Change Received From field

Format	Explanation
R.@FAVRET/JMR	Change the received from item (entered this transaction) to Mr. J Favret.

Delete Received From field

Format	Explanation
R.@	Delete the received from item (entered this transaction).

Display Received From field

Format	Explanation
*RV	Display received from field.
