Forwarding a Forwarded Queue - Once a queue has been forwarded, the receiving queue cannot be forwarded to another queue. For example, if queue 10 is forwarded to queue 35 (the receiving queue), then queue 35 cannot be forwarded to another queue.
-
Forwarding Multiple Queues to the Same Queue - Once a queue has been forwarded, no other queues can be forwarded to the receiving queue. For example, if queue 10 is forwarded to queue 35 (receiving queue), then no other queue can be forwarded to queue 35 until a queue forward Cancel entry is made. If an agent attempts to forward multiple queues, the agent alert QUEUE FORWARDING ALREADY EXISTS is displayed.
