Modify a trip

  1. Click on any trip listed within upcoming, past, held, and canceled trips in the Trip tab to open the trip details.

  2. Click the Manage Booking drop down (just below the segment details), then select Modify. Deem will then walk you through the modification process.

Some trips can’t be modified online due to some restrictions. Some common examples include:

  • Multi-city flights

  • Flights in a multi-city reservation, that is, when there are multiple hotels or car rentals

  • Services for a trip that has already started

  • Trips with more than one ticket, such as a departure flight with Delta and a return flight with United Airlines

  • An itinerary that contains an element added by a travel agent

  • Any flight where the name of the traveler is different from the name in the profile, such as a guest traveler whose trip was booked by a company administrator

  • Modifying only the inbound flight
