Cancel a trip

Change of plans? Deem makes it easy to cancel a trip.

Locate and click on the trip you’d like to cancel. You can cancel the entire trip or segments of the trip.

Cancel a segment

1. Select the Manage Booking drop down then select Cancel.

   

2. The cancel panel for the selected segment displays. Click the check box confirming that you want to cancel the segment.

   

3. Click the Cancel button.

Cancel a trip

1. To cancel all segments of a trip, select Cancel trip.

   

2. The cancel panel with all trip segments displays. Click the check box confirming that you want to cancel the trip.

   

3. Click the Cancel Trip button. With that, you have officially canceled your trip. You can now find it in the Canceled trips tab.
