Book flights

Deem makes it easy to book your trip. Since we’re talking about flights here, start at the page called Book on the top of the screen, then choose Flights.

And don’t worry, you’ll be able to add the other trip segments during the booking process.

Book a flight

  1. Select Round Trip, One Way, or Multi City.

  2. Enter your departure (from) and destination (to) airports. You can enter the airport code or the name of the city, and a drop down menu will appear for you to select the correct airport. You can also select from your recent searches.

  3. Select your departure and return dates.

  4. Select the time you would like to leave or arrive for the outbound and return flights.

  5. Click on the Search button.

Search results

To change your search, click on the trip details to open the search form.

Modify as needed and click the Search button to return flight options.

Select filters at the top of the search results to narrow your results. Click on All Filters in the upper right corner of the screen to access additional filters.

Flight options

The flight results displays different fares at a glance. You can see Basic Economy (if it’s enabled), Non-Refundable and Refundable/Unrestricted fares, along with flight duration time, flight details and CO2 data. Your company’s preferred vendors are noted with a green badge.

Select Details to compare fares, view EcoCheck (CO2 data) and amenities, and much more. You can also access details by clicking in the fare section.

When you have decided on a flight, click on a fare then click Select Fare. For round trip or multi-city trip, select the remaining flights.

Review your trip

From the Review your trip page, click the Select Seats link to choose seats for each flight.

You can add a hotel or car rental by clicking the buttons at the top of the review page. To proceed to payment, select Checkout.

Checkout

Validate your personal and payment information. You can also add a known traveler number, loyalty information, and meal and service requests. Click the Continue button.

If your credit card is not on file, enter that now. This information will save to your traveler profile and will be applied to your booking.

If you are ready to purchase your trip, click Book Now.

Once everything is processed, you’ll be presented with our trusted green and white check mark and a notice that your trip is confirmed, along with the details of your trip.
