View cancellation and change fees

When exchanging or canceling flights for a Travelport+ booking, eligibility and fees are calculated and displayed in the terminal display.

Note: To change or cancel an NDC booking, refer to modify or cancel.

1. Retrieve Enter * followed by the booking file code (e.g., *1AB2CD) to retrieve the booking file, or enter *-NAME to retrieve by passenger last name. the booking in the terminal window.

2. Select <<CHANGE>> then View cancellation and change fees.

   

3. The booking file opens in the graphical view. The change/cancellation fee information displays in the Tickets section in the right panel.
