Customer address and delivery address fields
Smartpoint Cloud reads the address for your customer from the customer address field or the delivery field, for purposes of billing, delivery, or both. Smartpoint Cloud generally references the customer address field for billing and the delivery address field for delivery.
Customer address field
The Customer Address field is a single-item field (one per booking file). It includes at least two and no more than five sub-fields and it always includes the zip code or postal code. Think of it as a written address on an envelope.
Delivery address field
The Delivery Address field is also a single-item field (one per booking file). It includes one to five sub-fields, and each sub-field can be a maximum of 37 characters.
Add an address field
Graphical view
In the graphical view, a delivery address can be added after the flight selection. This will be pre-populated if a delivery address has already been added from a client file, or manually in the terminal view.
Currently, a customer address must be added in the terminal view or from a profile.
After end of transaction, to change the delivery address use the edit button at the bottom right of the screen.
