View a booking file in graphical view

When the booking is displayed in either terminal or graphical, there is a booking view at the top which displays the locator, number of passengers and number of flights, hotel, car, and rail segments booked.

  • Click on Travelers to show the traveler's name and PTC.

  • The Review Travelers link opens the Travelers card, where you can update traveler information and make changes

  • Click on Flights to display carrier, route, flight number, date, time, and status.

    The +Extras button opens the extras screen to add ancillaries.

    The Manage Reservations link displays the booking for further management

    • The segments are listed in the Reservations section. Those that were not quoted are shown under Unpriced flights.

      If the retrieved booking contains segments from past dates, they will be visible and crossed out for easy identification.

      Additionally, clicking the three dots next to Hotels, Cars, and Rail displays the reservation details.

      Select Manage Reservation to open the corresponding section in the Booking Viewer and make updates.

  • Click on Booking locator to choose to ignore the booking.

Press theToggle view icon active in the window header, to open the booking file in terminal.

The sections/cards on the left include Travelers, Reservations, Booking Information and Document invoicing. These can be expanded/collapsed as required and selected (in blue) to display more information on the right hand side of the screen.
