Display the booking file
HELP BFD or H/BFD
When you sell a flight, you create an itinerary – one of the mandatory parts of a booking file. You can display the booking file at any time during the selling process.
Information in a booking file is grouped in sections that can be accessed by pressing the associated quick access button.
Enter *R to display the booking file.
Enter *I to display only the itinerary segments in the terminal window:
Once the flights have been booked, you can view the segments in graphical view, before and after finalizing the PNR.
In the terminal window, the icon to toggle between views:
The segments will be visible in the graphic view, in the Reservations section under Unpriced flights:
